CRAYFISH FOR SUSAN

In the past, Susan has been spoiled to many a beautiful seafood chowder, having been a patient at Dove House Hospice in Glendowie, Auckland. The chowder was skilfully made by the son of one of Dove House's therapists. This special recipe, he had managed to acquire, through his learning experiences with the Duke of Edinburgh programme. During one conversation at Dove House, Susan confessed to the fact that she loved crayfish, and it would be a dream to have a crayfish meal. Thanks to Andrew and the team at Oceanz Seafood, her special wish was granted.
